At SejewelShop.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since our jewelry is handcrafted and made with care, we have a specific cancellation and refund policy.
- Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery. - Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly provide an unboxing video of the product as proof. - Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if a defective or incorrect product is delivered and no suitable replacement is available. Please note, refunds will be processed after reviewing the proof and will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
